Information used by the account and licensing service
The service may process details you provide when registering or purchasing, including your name, email address and phone number. It also stores account status, license status and validity, and device-verification metadata needed to enforce the licensed PC limit.
Payment information
Online checkout is provided through Razorpay. The application verifies payment references and signatures returned by the payment flow so that a license can be activated or renewed. The website code does not store card numbers or banking credentials.
Desktop-app message content
The licensing backend is designed for account, payment-reference, license and device verification. It does not receive or store the WhatsApp message content used by the local Windows desktop app as part of license verification.
Email communications
Account, payment and security emails are operational communications. Optional product updates are controlled separately through the marketing preference available in the customer account and unsubscribe flow.
Security
The website uses server-side authentication, password hashing, CSRF protection and restricted access to internal application files. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so account credentials should be kept private.
